Banking Functional Consultant (3+ Years)

What will you be doing –
- Engage with leading banks and financial institutions to analyze their business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Lead and support implementation of Fusion Essence core banking solutions
- Create process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization
- Support pre-sales and demo activities by showcasing product capabilities
What skills do you need –
- Strong understanding of retail or corporate banking processes (Loans, Deposits, Payments, Treasury, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience in a business analyst or functional consultant role in banking technology
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and preparing user stories
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver under pressure
- MBA (Finance or Operations) or equivalent is strongly preferred
